This rebuild and tuning kit is engineered to elevate the Alfa Romeo 1300 engine to a new level of performance. By combining increased bore, optimized compression ratio, the kit delivers measurable gains in torque, drivability, and high-RPM horsepower. Engineering Basis

  • Bore options: 74.5 mm (1,303 cc) or 75.5 mm (1,343 cc).
  • Stroke: 75 mm standard; supplied long-stroke crankshaft increases displacement and torque further on demand.
  • Compression ratio: 10.0–11.5:1, depending on specification, improving thermal efficiency and mid-range response.
  • Geometry: Conversion from undersquare (stock 74 × 75 mm) to oversquare (75.5 × 75 mm) enables higher RPM operation and improved valve breathing.
